The Web for Internet Marketing
I want to talk about the technical aspect of the Internet marketing. There are many elements to it – mostly involving creating websites and posting links, but there’s also the networking element as well. That is exactly the point I want to talk about, because even though it is important, it’s often overlooked.
So where does the networking part comes in? First of all let me define what is a network. We can say that a network is a part of the Internet, which is a network of computer networks. So in this context, let’s look at the Internet marketing.
The point of the Internet marketing is to deliver an advertising message to as many people as possible. And to do that, we have to post it to as many websites as possible. That’s when the network effect comes in to play. Every website that publishes our message becomes part of our Internet marketing network.
Onward, there are many ways to use this theory in practice. First, it simply means that we have to buy ads on different site to sell something online. Or we can post our links where appropriate for free. But the next part is a lot more interesting.
We can build websites and buy existing ones to create a network to be used in advertising. It’s like having your own TV network. The effect is also the same – it’s your own facility to publish the ads on.
